My work runs from requirement gathering through process design, configuration, customization, deployment, performance tuning and testing. What I'm actually after is the moment a forecast stops being a spreadsheet argument and becomes a decision, and that means better planning capability, more operational agility, less waste.
Across transformational programs in both planning and execution systems, I've sat between cross-functional teams and a long list of stakeholders and translated what they meant into something that ships.
